In a simulacrum of art and archaeology, John Sunderland and Brian Mac Domhnaill bring together an interpretation of the excavation and analysis of human skeletal remains.
They investigate, through lens based media, the processes of transformation that occur when the subjective being becomes the material of objective analysis; when the lived individual becomes a museum artefact.
They ask what our relationships are to this process, both as practitioners and observers.
