Located in our new gallery at the Lord Mayor’s Pavilion, Fitzgerald’s Park, Cork Photo HQ features:

Derek Foott – Melba & the Natives

In 1958 my grandmother Melba and her partner George set sail from Cork to Cape Town. For four years they travelled throughout Africa painting and documenting their experience through photographs and reel-to-reel audio recordings. Inspired by this archive, Melba & the Natives explores a journey during a period of profound change.
